Field & Foliage can offer refunds or replacements in certain circumstances.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind so please order carefully.
Plant Products
We can offer refunds or replacements on plant material products, such as corms, bulbs,tubers or potted plants, where there are obvious or significant defects. Please unpack your plant products as soon as they arrive and follow any care instructions provided.
If you suspect they are defective or unviable, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email us several good quality photos so we can assess the products and we may request them to be returned in order to provide a replacement (where available) or refund. We cannot offer refunds or replacements once planted or if the care instructions have not been followed.
Other Products
For non-plant material products, we offer refunds or replacements if the product is defective, damaged or the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Refunds and Replacements
We will contact you via email and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund. Please note this can take 5-7 business days to process.
